Randy Moss Shares His Take on Kyler Murray

Hall of Famer Randy Moss stays up to speed on all things Minnesota Vikings, the team that drafted him in 1998. But lately, the former wide receiver has been turning his attention to another quarterback: Arizona Cardinals signal-caller Kyler Murray. During a recent appearance on a sports talk show, Moss offered some pointed observations about Murray's game and his future in the NFL.

Moss did not hold back. He praised Murray's athletic ability and arm strength, calling him one of the most dynamic playmakers in the league when he is on. But Moss also questioned Murray's consistency and leadership. He pointed out that the Cardinals have underperformed relative to their talent, and that the quarterback needs to take more responsibility for the team's struggles. "You can't just rely on your legs," Moss said. "At some point, you have to be a passer first."

The Hall of Famer also compared Murray to other mobile quarterbacks, noting that the best ones learn to read defenses and make quick decisions from the pocket. Moss suggested that Murray still has room to grow in that area. He added that the pressure is on Murray to prove he can carry a franchise, especially after signing a big contract extension.

Moss's comments have sparked debate among fans and analysts. Some agree that Murray needs to elevate his game, while others argue that the Cardinals' offensive line and coaching staff share the blame. Either way, when a legend like Randy Moss speaks, people listen.
